Walchs by evenTZ Hospitality has been in charge of providing gastronomic delights at the Bregenz Festival for twelve years now. In 1998, the internationally recognised hotelier Joschi Walch and his team first set up their Gourmet Tent on the square in front of the Festival Opera House. Over the years the range of food and drinks available there has expanded considerably. Since February 2010, Walchs by evenTZ Hospitality – with a new company name and improved quality – has served varied and themed buffets in the Gourmet Tent as well as a Festival menu that changes every year. Visitors to the Bregenz Festival can also dine à la carte from the wide range of dishes available at the new restaurant "buehnedrei".
