Dear parents,

We are delighted that you would like to take advantage of our child care service during matinee performances at the Bregenz Festival. During the performance, your child will be looked after by two qualified kindergarten workers in the Lake Constance Suite of the Festival Opera House.

You can leave your child with us up to one hour before the performance starts and collect him/her within half an hour of the performance ending. In case we need to contact you during the child care period, we ask you to remain in the festival grounds and to have your mobile phone with you at all times - switched to silent alert during the performance itself. 

Our child care professionals are looking forward to a time of creativity, magic, music, and fun and games!
